100 Year Luncheon
On 19 July 1908, the first Auckland Rugby League Control Board was formed at the Auckland Chamber of Commerce. To commemorate 100 years to the day, a special Luncheon was held for Club Chairpersons, Life Members and special guests on 19 July 2008.
Many great memories and stories were shared amongst those present on the day which included the announcement of the ARL Centennary Logo as well as the presentation of Carlaw Park Commemorative plaques to those present.

At the conclusion of the Luncheon, Carlaw Park Commemmorative Plaques were presented by Neville Kesha, Deputy Chairman of ARL to the Special Guests, Life Members, Past Chairmen, and Club Chairpersons.
