2012 saw the introduction of the new “Senior” Coaches pathway designed specifically for coaches of teams from under 19s and above. The first step in the pathway is the “Beginner Senior Course”, coaches that have completed this course will then be able to progress to the current “International Games course” with the final step in the pathway for 2012 being the current Senior Club Coach Course.

| What is covered | The Beginner Senior Course is designed to cater for anyone coaching Senior grades (under 19s and above) and covers the Fundamentals, a practical segment, an introduction to attack and defence and a section on Understanding Senior players and how this affects the way you should coach them. |
