ID Photo Policy

All registered players from U/13 (but not including Ladies, Premier 2nd and Premiership grades) are required to have a compulsory Identification Photo Card as issued by the Auckland Rugby League. They must be available on demand by opposing teams or officials of the Auckland Rugby League if called upon. No player is eligible to take the field unless they are able to produce their Identification Photo.

All league Photo identifications include name, date of birth, and photograph. A photo registration fee will be set annually. To receive Photo Identification a player must produce proof of age by presentation of an original birth certificate, passport, driver’s license.

Failure to produce a photo identification card on request and the player subsequently takes the field will result in a penalty fine and a loss of any competition points gained for the game the player(s) participate in.

Should a team be unable to produce sufficient photographic identifications on request to field a team under the minimum eligibility number of 9, the game shall be classed as a default and if the opposition team is able to field an eligible team they will be awarded the match points and a 30 nil score for percentage points.
