All teams are required to complete weekly game Team Cards. The Team Card must include the player’s first name and surname and be written legibly. For all competition grades the Team Card must also include the players signature.

All Team Cards from a game are required to be submitted to the ARL Office within eight (8) days of completion of the match. For all Premiership teams the game card or a fax copy of the card must be forwarded to the ARL office by the Monday following the game.

Any player playing for a team other than which they originally registered for at the commencement of the season must show the grade in which they were initially registered on the Team Card.

ARL will supply each club with a limited amount of pre-printed team cards which will be distributed by the ARL at the February Conference of Clubs. Alternatively clubs are able and encouraged to download the attached team card and pre-print (double-sided) some for their teams as they require.
