The Western Zone Primary School Kiwi Tag Tournament was played today at Blockhouse Bay Reserve.

In the Grand Final, Konini School edged past Waterview Primary School, 4-3, which will see Konini advance to the Champion of Champions competition.

Both teams played each other in the first game of the day with Waterview winning 3-2, however Konini came back to win the match that mattered most.

The next primary school Kiwi Tag tournament will be the Central Zone on November 14.
